Teaching

My goals as a teacher are threefold:

1.) Support students in exercising critical thinking and writing skills
2.) Help students develop a sociological lens for understanding the world
3.) Empower students through creating inclusive community in the classroom.

I have developed these objectives through extensive experience as a Teacher’s Assistant (TA), in a range of courses: from small discussion sections to large lectures; statistical laboratories to theory-driven classes.
